How much does a second Instagram account cost on Later vs Zilfu?
On Later, a second Instagram account needs a second social set. Starter ($25/mo) includes one set and can't buy add-ons, so you're forced up to Growth at $50/mo: a +$25/mo jump for one account. On Growth or Scale, extra sets cost roughly $11–15/mo each. On Zilfu, a second Instagram account costs nothing extra; it just counts toward your plan's pool (10 on Pro, 100 on Business, 300 on Scale).
What is a Later social set and why does it matter for agencies?
A social set is Later's billing unit: one profile per network, bundled together. It works fine for a single brand, but agencies hit it immediately. A client with 3 Facebook Pages needs 3 social sets (the $110/mo Scale tier, or Growth plus paid add-ons), with the other network slots in each set going to waste. Zilfu has no set concept: any mix of accounts shares one flat pool.
Does Later have a free plan in 2026?
Effectively no. Later's pricing page lists only paid plans with a 14-day trial; its help center still references a limited legacy free plan, but new signups shouldn't count on it. Zilfu plans start at $19/month for 10 connected accounts, with unlimited posts, team members, and approvals.
Does Later still support X (Twitter)?
No. Later ended X support on August 28, 2025, including for customers midway through paid annual plans. Zilfu publishes and schedules to X on every plan.

What does Later's 30-posts-per-profile limit mean in practice?
On Starter, each profile can publish at most 30 posts a month: one a day and you're done, before counting stories or experiments. Growth raises it to 180; only Scale ($110/mo) is unlimited. Every Zilfu plan has unlimited posts; only connected-account capacity changes between tiers.
What does Zilfu not have that Later does?
Honestly: Later's visual Instagram grid planner is best-in-class and Zilfu doesn't have one. Later publishes to Snapchat and YouTube today (Zilfu's YouTube support is in development, Snapchat isn't planned), its Linkin.bio is deeper than Zilfu's Link in Bio, and Later Influence plus the Mavely creator network have no Zilfu equivalent. If those are core to your workflow, Later may be worth it. If flat pricing, approvals, X and an API are, Zilfu does it for less.
