Can I keep each client's accounts separate?
Yes. Give every client their own workspace (unlimited workspaces are included on every plan) and switch between them in a click. Each workspace holds only that client's accounts, posts and settings.
Do you charge per teammate or per client reviewer?
No. Every Zilfu plan includes unlimited team members and client reviewers. You pay for the plan, never per seat.
Can clients approve posts before they publish?
Yes. Send a post for sign-off and it holds its schedule in a Pending state without publishing. An approver, a teammate or an invited client, approves it or requests changes with a note. Approvals are included on every plan, starting at $19/month.
Will a client reviewer see my other clients?
Membership covers your whole team, so an invited reviewer can see every workspace you own. Tick only Approve posts and they can't create, edit, publish or delete anything, and billing stays hidden. If a client mustn't see the others, keep them in a separate Zilfu account.
My client has multiple accounts on the same network. Is that extra?
No. A workspace holds as many accounts per network as you connect, including several Instagram or Facebook profiles. There are no per-network "social set" limits; your plan only caps the total number of connected accounts.
How much does Zilfu cost for an agency?
Flat tiers: Pro is $19/month for up to 10 connected accounts, Business is $79/month for up to 100, and Scale is $179/month for up to 300. All three include approvals, unlimited workspaces and teammates, analytics, and the API.
Do you offer white-label client reports?
Yes. Send a client a report link that carries your agency's name, logo, accent color and footer, with Zilfu's branding switched off. The client opens it without an account, a login, or a seat, and can save it as a PDF. What we don't offer is a white-label dashboard on your own domain: the report you send is branded, the app your team works in isn't.
