Does Zilfu support recurring schedules?
Yes. Pick the days and times you want to post and they repeat every week. New posts drop into the next free one with a click, so you never open a date picker for a routine post.
How does the Smart Queue work?
It lists your next nine open slots from your weekly schedule and skips any that already have a post, so nothing is double-booked. Pick one straight from the composer.
Can I still pick an exact date and time?
Yes. Launches and announcements can go out at any minute you choose, or right now with Publish now. Slots are there for the routine, not to box you in.
Which timezone do posts go out in?
Your organization's timezone. Slots, the queue and the calendar all use it, so 9:00 means 9:00 where your audience is. The owner can change it in organization settings.
Which networks can I schedule to?
Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads and X. Write once, pick the accounts, and each network's own settings and limits are applied when the post goes out.
What happens if a scheduled post fails?
You get an email, and the post is flagged in the calendar, feed and table views. Fix the cause and retry it with one click.
Can I schedule a comment with my post?
Yes. Add a first comment in the composer and choose when it follows, from a few minutes up to seven days after the post. It's skipped if the post never goes out. Available on Instagram, Facebook and Threads.
Is there a limit on how many posts I can schedule?
No. Every plan includes unlimited posts. Your plan sets how many social accounts you connect, not how much you publish.
